Getting The Blog Up and Running..

Getting your first job in the Film/ TV industry is one of the hardest things to do. The jobs aren’t advertised and you usually hear about jobs through word- of- mouth. However, you’ve never had a job so you don’t ever hear about jobs until its too late. If you’re super lucky you have a mother, brother, distant cousin, family friend who can hook you up.. if not, bad luck.

That’s where we come in. If you’re brand new to the industry in Vancouver, just out of film school or simply interested in getting your first PA job on a real set then this site could be just what you’re looking for. There were no sites like this when we were breaking into the Vancouver Film Industry, so we thought we'd make one where we can share all the tips we've picked up along the way.
